Canictricity's Commission TOS
1. If you are interested in commissioning me, please send me an email at CANICTRICITY@ GMAIL. COM to reserve your slot. Please put your username and the type of commission you are interested in in the subject box. Certain commissions announced through FA or Twitter may be claimed in DMs there.
2. Payment MUST be received in full before work begins.
a. After reserving a commission slot, customers will be given one week to send payment unless otherwise stated.
b. If the customer fails to send payment within the allotted time, they will be removed from the list and will need to repeat the process if they still wish to receive a commission.
3. Please provide a reference sheet of the character(s). AS OF MARCH 30, 2016 I require some sort of visual reference. Text only descriptions are no longer accepted.
4. I only accept PayPal. Apologies for any inconvenience.
5. I reserve the right to decline a commission if I see fit
USE
6. Customers may post completed works to the internet with proper credit for personal use using the provided lower resolution image (if applicable). Customers claiming the works as their own is forbidden.
7. Modifying my work without permission is forbidden. Please ask me first if you want to make edits.
PAYMENT:
AS OF MAY 2016: I will now be using PayPal invoices to request payment.
NOTE I do not offer payment plans for artworks, and I do NOT offer quantity discounts. Please do not ask for them.
REFUND POLICY:
8. A full refund will be issued if I cancel the commission at any time
a. If the customer cancels before the concept sketch is complete, a 100% refund will be issued.
b. If the customer cancels while the work is in progress, a 50% refund will be issued.
c. Once the work is completed, no refunds will be given.
9. I will allow up to three minor fixes due to error of the commissioner. Additional fixes may cost extra.
10. Mistakes made by artist’s error will be corrected at no additional cost.

Sketch and flat color previews will be given for all works (where applicable).
All work is CLEAN. Nothing above a PG/ PG-13 rating. If you have any questions, do feel free to ask me.
Prices may increase depending on complexity of the requested work.
